Anti-Semitism Promoted at UC Irvine

Evidence has come out that some students at UC Irvine conspired to stop a speaking, a foreign nation Ambassador from speaking on campus.
"It now seems that the good Muslim citizens of The University of California Irvine (UCI) Muslim Student Union (MSU) lied when they repeatedly denied orchestrating systematic interruptions of an invited guest. That guest was Israeli Ambassador Michael Oren who readers may remember from my February 16th column Welcome to UC Islam.
Someone recently leaked MSU minutes and many detailed internal planning emails. The documents were leaked to the UCI administration, local law enforcement, and the Investigative Project on Terrorism (IPT). They reveal a mountain of evidence showing Muslim intolerance and antipathy towards free expression."
Why haven't the Administration expelled the students?  Why haven't the cops arrested those involved?  Why hasn't the Feds arrested these people for a hate crime, since they did this due to the religion of the speaker--as well as nationality?
The Administrators at UC Irvine, for years have tolerated a Nazi like atmosphere on the campus--by the SAME people.
Clean up UC Irvine before the people of California say enough and stop support for the University.  Shame on the State government allowing religious bigots to run a campus.

Obama Finance Bill Will Allow Seizure of Companies

President Barack Obama has taken the United States one more giant step towards socialism by ramming through the Senate his financial regulation bill.
The bill authorizes the secretary of the Treasury — a political appointee — to seize any financial company (bank or nonbank) simply because, in his opinion, it is too big to fail and in danger of insolvency.

This power can be used for political retribution, pressure for campaign funding, or any other abuse bureaucratic whim or partisan politics can conceive. It is a power Fidel Castro or Hugo Chavez would love to have!

The legislation also requires that any business that extends credit, in any form, to clear the loan instrument in advance with the new consumer protection agency. The backlog of pending applications will strangle consumer credit.

And the bill fails to do the one thing it must do — regulate derivatives and make them transparent. Senator Chris Dodd, D-Conn., bowed to pressure from his sponsors on Wall Street and deleted the regulatory provision and set up a commission to study the situation for two years!
Sen. Maria Cantwell, D-Wash., protested the cop-out with a no vote against the legislation.

So how did it pass?

Four Republicans sold out, that´s how!

Among the RINOs were, of course, Susan Collins and Olympia Snow of Maine. But, surprisingly, Scott Brown, R Mass., the newly elected Massachusetts miracle defected as did the normally stalwart Chuck Grassley, R-Iowa.

Now the federal government has effectively taken over about one-third of our national economy by passing Obamacare and regulatory reform in almost the same breath.
Repealing this regulatory travesty must be high on our 2011 agenda!

Environmental Defense Fund/Big Corporations Work to Kill Jobs

A private, radical organization is throwing "MBA's" into the community to scare, harass and to force the losing of even more jobs.
"A celebration of sorts today at the San Francisco office of the Environmental Defense Fund. About 25 MBA students, from UC Berkeley, Stanford and other top universities are scheduled to graduate from the group's Climate Corps "boot camp."
During the three-day intensive they've learned, among other things, "fundamentals of energy efficiency," how to be "effective organizational change agents" and the need "to cut across organizational silos," said Victoria Mills, the fund's managing director for corporate partnerships.
Now it's on to being "embedded" for three months at one of 47 companies in the Bay Area and elsewhere, including Wells Fargo & Co., Yahoo Inc., eBay Inc. and Cisco Systems. Their job: to come up with ways for the companies to "increase their energy efficiency, minimize their environmental footprint and save money."
Big businesses are now going to house radicals. How radical?  The Environmental Defense Fund is the organization that sued, successful, on behalf of the delta smelt, causing the water to be shut off in the Central Valley.  Follow the dots--who gave $300,00 to the Environmental Defense Fund for the lawsuit?  Meg Whitman.  who wants "targeted" tax cuts--cuts that only go to special interests and big corporations?  Meg Whitman. The nexus between radicalism and losing jobs?  Whitman and the Environmental Defense Fund.
Watch out for the private, radical Gestapo in your neighborhood, under the guise of big corporations.

Shocking likelihood of terrorist infiltration

 

A 2009 academic study by the Society for Risk Analysis, titled "Analyzing the Homeland Security of the U.S.-Mexico Border," used a mathematical model to predict the likelihood of terrorist infiltration across the border with Mexico.

Two researcher from Stanford University and a third from George Mason University concluded that chances of OTM terrorists entering the U.S. across the southern border are quite high.

According to one calculation, based on assumptions about the extent of border screening and other aspects of domestic interior enforcement, the probability of an OTM terrorist crossing into the United States was 97.3 percent.

A 2005 Congressional Research Service report for Congress warned, "Terrorists and terrorist organizations could leverage these illicit networks to smuggle a person or weapon of mass destruction into the United States, while the large number of aliens attempting to enter the country illegally could potentially provide cover for the terrorists."

Aliens from the Middle East and other parts of the globe are said to travel to South America first, where they learn to speak Spanish. Then they continue up through Mexico and join other illegal aliens as they cross the border – mostly undetected.

According to the 2006 congressional report, federal law-enforcement agencies estimate that only 10 to 30 percent of illegal aliens are actually caught – meaning an estimated 70 to 90 percent enter the U.S. undetected.

"While many illegal aliens cross the border searching for employment, not all illegal aliens are crossing into the United States to find work," the report states. "Law enforcement has stated that some individuals come across the border because they have been forced to leave their home countries due to their criminal activity. These dangerous criminals are fleeing the law in other countries and seeking refuge in the United States."

Border Patrol Apprehends 5506 Aliens from Terrorist Nations

According to the Department of Homeland Security's 2008 Yearbook of Immigration Studies, from the Office of Immigration Statistics, federal law enforcement agencies detained 791,568 deportable aliens in fiscal year 2008 – and 5,506 of them were from 14 "special-interest countries."

The State Department lists the following as "special-interest countries": Afghanistan, Algeria, Iraq, Lebanon, Libya, Nigeria, Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, Somalia and Yemen.

The following "special-interest countries" are listed as sponsors of terror: Cuba, Sudan, Syria and Iran.

The aliens were apprehended "at the borders of the United States, in the interior of the country and at designated sites outside of the United States." The 2008 yearbook lists 791,568 deportable aliens by country (Page 97). Some include:

CA Immigration Law Similar To Controversial Arizona Law

News flash!!

"The California law is spelled out in California Penal Code Section 834(b):"

The last section of this law reads:

"(c) Any legislative, administrative, or other action by a city,
county, or other legally authorized local governmental entity with
jurisdictional boundaries, or by a law enforcement agency, to prevent or limit the cooperation required by subdivision (a) is expressly prohibited."

In other words sanctuary cities are illegal under State law.  Always knew Phony Tony and Gavin were criminals--the worst sort--they violate their oath of office.
Law enforcement officers in California who refuse to obey State law are always violating the Rule of Law.
Now here is the question, will the Attorney General take action against the lawbreakers?  Of course not, Jerry Brown supports criminals, in office as well as illegal aliens.
Pass this around. Let everyone know that promoting, defending, hiding, giving benefits and jobs to illegal aliens are a violation of California law--just as it is in Arizona.
Does this mean that Phony Tony and Gavin will now boycott California?  I have a better idea--they can go elsewhere, where criminals are tolerated and admired--like Chicago.
