3 Very Different Auto Companies

 

The three automakers Ford, General Motors and Chrysler are very different cases…

Lets start with Chrysler, a privately owned enterprise Crebis who bought the pile of junk from Daimler Benz thinking they were going to get fat. What a joke if there was profit MB would have kept it, they saw no future a dumped it….. Let it finally die Iacocca saved it before it’s time to finally kill this beast.

General Motors, or also known as the Pension Plan and a Social Welfare arm of the United Auto Workers. What is it 30K employees sitting in job banks to keep the UAW happy…. Declare bankruptcy and get back to building cars.. The Build Good trucks, Hummers  and Cadillacs the rest of their products are junk; bankruptcy and reigning in the UAW would help these guys.

Now we come to Ford, they started trimming the fat a couple of years ago, they build decent quality cars, not necessarily sexy but quality both here and in the rest of the world. Good Trucks, Good Cars world wide they are on their way to doing right in a bad economy. They don’t want cash they want a guarantee on a line of credit.

All 3 are different so treat them differently…
